Gary grew up in New Brighton, MN. Then it was on to Montana State University where he earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology. He spent the next 30 plus years working as a engineer at Boeing in Seattle, WA. Gary retired in 2016 and moved back to Princeton, MN.
Gary’s musical journey started with classical piano at an early age, he also played trumpet in the school band. He has over 30 years of experience playing in local Seattle and Minneapolis area bands. His current focus is playing Blues / Jazz on the mighty Hammond B3. Before the Pandemic hit, Gary was playing with Jimmy Famous and the Payback, Time and Again, BROKEnHIP and a Tom Petty tribute band called the Dreamrunners.
